ABOUT COCOA BEANS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
100% natural cocoa beans from Ghana.
These are almond-shaped seeds found in the fruit (pod) of the chocolate tree.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
After being extracted from the fruit, cocoa seeds are fermented in ventilated boxes, dried in the sun, roasted, while they harden and darken.
After the beans are collected in bags and exported for further processing to confectionery enterprises, where they are first fried and then quickly cooled.

Raw materials for the production of cocoa products.
